Mind Lumen is a non-profit organization. We're a passionate community dedicated to creating a world where everyone, regardless of background or financial means, has access to safe, ethical, and high-quality well-being care from ethical and reputable providers. To create an environment of trust and transparency, we’ve created an Ethical Reputation System (ERS™) with random audits. An ERS Score can be applied to everyone providing services to seekers so we can create a safe, ethical, and accessible environment for those seeking help, We aim to reduce the risk of abusive practices in the burgeoning therapeutic psychedelic & wellbeing industry. An ethics based reputation score allows for accountability to ensure trust and safety, so we do not inadvertently add to the trauma of those seeking help.

We envision a future where:

• Seeking well-being care is safe and decriminalized: We advocate and support responsible policies for harm reduction

• Financial limitations shouldn’t prevent access: We’ll provide subsidies and support legal programs to ensure cost isn't a barrier.

• Ethics-first practices are the norm: We develop transparent and accountable systems within the industry.

• Knowledge is openly shared: We champion open-source, open science research and education for best practices.

• Sustainability is paramount: We promote long-term regenerative practices for a healthy planet and people.

We believe that ethics and capitalism can co-exist and do not have to be in conflict.

• Financial Assistance: We may offer financial aid and travel support for qualified individuals seeking care in safe and legal regions as well as support for continuing education & training of harm reduction facilitators

• Ethics Adjudication Research: We explore innovative ways to ensure ethical adjudication processes, potentially utilizing technology, applied ethically with TAO principles.

• Ethical Reputation System: We've developed an "Ethical Reputation Score" to empower seekers and promote ethics-first responsible businesses with a unique way to make ethics observable and measurable.

• Independent Watchdog: We serve as a voice for ethical practices within the industry, holding providers to high standards via our audit process, while being SEEKER centric .

• Open-Source Movement: We believe it is ethical to promote and value open-source, open-science, open-nature principles in product development, scientific research, and training materials.

• Decentralized Governance: We're building a collaborative model that prioritizes long-term thinking, care, and sustainability.

• Supporting Ethical Certification Programs: We support practical, observable, ethics-based certification program by qualified organizations.

• SafeZone Score™: We're developing a ranking system to help providers and seekers identify safe and supportive geographical areas.

• Mobile & Anonymous Testing: We advocate for accessible, anonymous drug testing that is instant

• De-stigmatize mental health within Asian communities: Support the Bay Area Asian Psychedelic Society (BAAPS), create content for the podcast series “The Asian Psychedelic Closet”, and host the first ever Asian Psychedelic Un-conference next spring.
